Introduction of SAHZU
The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine (SAHZU) is a comprehensive non-profit public hospital. It was founded in 1869 by the British Church Missionary Society with a mission of “Spreading Benevolence and Saving People”. Today the hospital has evolved into a top-ranked hospital in China. The Heart Center of SAHZU is one of the largest centers in coronary artery intervention, pacemaker implantation and electrophysiology treatment in China. Introduction of CSI
CSI (Catheter Interventions in Congenital, Structural and Valvular Heart Disease) offers the unique experience of a comprehensive overview of major topics in the catheter therapy of congenital, structural and valvular heart diseases in children and adults. The first CSI conference took place in 1996 and it has developed into one of the top conferences for transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), transcatheter mitral valve repair or replacement (TMVR), as well as percutaneous tricuspid and pulmonary valve interventions. CSI provide excellent learning opportunities, communication and collaboration platforms for interventional cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, anesthesiologists and imaging specialists. Every year, thousands of attendees learn the latest techniques, see the newest devices, discuss innovative concepts and meet the most experienced interventionalists.
